This project consists of a new 85,000 SF, three-story building at the University of Houston – Victoria’s campus. The building will accommodate approximately 280 students in single, double and quadruple suites. In addition, there are several fully-accessible rooms and accommodations for residence assistants. Other amenities include communal kitchens and lounge rooms, laundry rooms, study spaces. The ground floor offers a game room, living areas and educational space. The exterior features numerous outdoor amenities which will be constructed in a future phase.

Framed in wood, this building was designed for a lifespan of twenty-five years. Exterior finishes include brick masonry, a cementitious panel rain screen system, and shading treatments. The color palette derives from a combination of the university system’s colors, the campus color standards, and discussions with the project leadership.
