The 85,000 SF, three-story building at the University of Houston’s Victoria Campus can accommodate approximately 280 students in single, double and quadruple suites. In addition, there are several fully-accessible rooms and accommodations for Residence Assistants. Other amenities include communal kitchens and lounge rooms, laundry rooms, study spaces. The ground floor offers a game room, living areas and educational space.
Exterior finishes include brick masonry, a cementitious panel rain screen system, shading treatments, and incorporation of the University of Houston System’s color palette.
