Architectural Designer
BRAVE/architecture, an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture firm, is looking for a full-time Architectural Designer to support the design team. The Architectural Designer reports to the firm’s executive leadership team and is an in-office, opportunity located in the Montrose area of Houston, TX. This is an entry-level role working with a dynamic creative team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents
- Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, manufacturers, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
- Participates and collaborates in internal design reviews and charettes
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
- Utilize sketching and physical modeling techniques to communicate design concepts
- Performs product research and assists team with material selections
Minimum Requirements:
- Architectural degree from an accredited school of architecture
- 0-3 years of related experience in the USA
- Functional knowledge of 2D/3D production software, experience using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino is advantageous
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent graphic communication, organization and presentation skills
- Must be self-motivated, ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail
- Hand sketching and physical modeling ability a plus

Architectural Project Manager
BRAVE/architecture, an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture firm, is looking for a full-time Project Manager with proven experience to support the design team. The Project Manager reports to the firm’s executive leadership team and is an in-office, opportunity located in the Montrose area of Houston, TX. This is a senior-level role with both client and team facing responsibilities working with a dynamic creative team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of multiple projects, including the preparation of strategic plans for project success
- Coordinate all project efforts—administrative and technical—to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution
- Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, alongside project communications, documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments
- Determine scope of work, estimate fees, prepare proposals and contracts, and organize workflow to streamline production and eliminate downtime
- Conduct meetings with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project progression and success
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-year Architectural degree from an accredited school of architecture
- 8+ years of related experience in the USA
- Advanced skills in Revit, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Advanced knowledge of project design process, construction documentation and administration
- Proven effectiveness coordinating with architectural teams, contractors, and consultants
- Ability to direct and coordinate work efforts of junior staff
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills

Marketing Coordinator
BRAVE/architecture, an award-winning commercial architecture firm, is looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support architectural marketing and business development efforts. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing & Business Development Manager and is an in-office, opportunity located in the Montrose area of Houston, TX. This is an entry-level role working with a dynamic creative team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communications, advertising, graphic design, or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, A/E/C marketing experience is a plus but not required
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent knowledge of English grammar, spelling, composition, and technical writing skills
- Must be self-motivated, ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detail
- Familiarity with various marketing communication tools such as, but not limited to, Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proposal pursuit package creation and support, RFQ/RFP, pursuit presentations
- Development and execution of company marketing materials, brochures, project data sheets
- Support in implementing marketing strategy and plan, brand management
- Social media management and content creation, social planning and strategy
- Support internal/external communication needs, project profiles, design award submittals
- Assist in digital marketing efforts, campaign deliverables, objectives, website maintenance
- Minor business development efforts, support client relations, database, industry events
- Maintain resources and information systems, project assets, photography, project database, resumes, case studies
- Stay informed of current and developing market trends
- Print and production needs
- General administrative tasks as needed
