Project Manager

BRAVE/architecture is looking for Project Managers to join our team. Candidates must be well-versed in handling diverse client types and project scales within the U.S. architectural sector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects, including the preparation of strategic plans for project success
  • Coordinate all project efforts—administrative and technical—to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution
  • Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, alongside project communications, documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments
  • Determine scope of work, estimate fees, prepare proposals and contracts, and organize workflow to streamline production and eliminate downtime
  • Conduct meetings with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project progression and success

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-year Architectural Degree from an accredited school of architecture
  • 8+ years of related experience in the USA
  • Proficiency in Revit; advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop are advantageous
  • Excellent graphical and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated capability to manage all aspects of architectural projects, with a steadfast commitment to superior service

Marketing Assistant

BRAVE/architecture is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant. Candidates should be keenly interested in marketing professional architectural services and eager to thrive in a creative, dynamic environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials and tools, including Requests for Qualifications, brochures, client databases, mailings, design award submittals, project data sheets, and press releases
  • Support the marketing and architectural teams in preparing project presentations and architectural graphics
  • Represent the Firm at select industry events to generate and maintain teaming leads
  • Help implement the Firm’s Business Development Plan and assist in maintaining the company website and social media presence
  • Coordinate special marketing events and client satisfaction surveys

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, General Business, or Architecture/Design, with a minimum of two years of experience in the AEC industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that align with the Firm’s culture
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and composition

Architectural Designers

BRAVE/architecture is actively seeking full-time architects or architectural designers possessing 3 to 5 years of professional experience in U.S. architecture firms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage comprehensively in all project phases, from programming and schematic design through to the completion of construction documents.
  • Assume leadership roles in design tasks, ensuring both creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team on diverse project types, particularly in educational, institutional, and commercial sectors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A 5-year Architectural Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Revit; advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software are advantageous.
  • Excellent graphical and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage all aspects of architectural projects, with a steadfast commitment to superior service.
