Our firm provided services as the Architect of Record to entirely renovate approximately 9,000 SF of interior space, as well as the exterior of the building for of Ferrari of Houston, one of the most trafficked Ferrari dealerships in America. The dealership shares its location with the prestigious Risi Competizione, a Houston-based professional racing team.
The luxurious new showroom showcases the latest new Ferrari models alongside pre-owned and collectible models. A new car customization room with an extensive selection of wheel, seats, and other finishes displayed in Ferrari-exclusive, pre-fabricated wall displays, is located at the heart of the store. The scope of work also included a carefully detailed lounge and private meeting rooms. The renovated exterior increases the dealership’s presence and visibility.
Every material and detail was coordinated and approved by Ferrari of Italy, subject to their highest standards of quality. This project was done in collaboration with Ibañez Shaw Architecture, of Fort Worth Texas.
