Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, Mili is a collaborative design professional with 20 years of experience spanning across the United States, United Arab Emirates, and India. She manages project coordination and design documentation with a background in a variety of projects, including civic, healthcare, higher education, K-12, recreation, and aviation. Her experience in architecture includes project planning, code analysis, design delivery in all phases, construction documentation, and construction administration. As the firm’s in-house expert on all things code, her proficiency in construction management is unmatched.

As a registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional, Mili is passionate about sustainable building design practices and finding practical solutions towards the goal of meeting carbon neutrality. Supporting the mission of green design, Mili spearheads the firm’s AIA 2030 Commitment goal for net-zero emissions in the built environment. One of her most sustainability-forward projects is the award-winning, LEED Gold-certified Houston Zoo Headquarters.

Mili earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Arvindbhai Patel Institute of Environmental Design in India, later obtaining her Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, and is a member of AIA National, AIA Houston, and Texas Society of Architects. She is detail-oriented and methodical, always ensuring work is done to the highest standard. With a calm and nurturing demeanor, Mili takes the time to support others, sharing knowledge with quiet confidence and clarity.
