Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Jes manages all phases of design and construction to ensure efficient execution with expertise ranging from civic to residential projects. Jes, a registered architect, manages client and consultant relations, budgets, schedules, and workflows while streamlining production and communication to facilitate project progression and success.

In 2024, she led a graduate design studio as the H. Dean Pierce Endowed Visiting Professor by Texas Tech University, Huckabee College of Architecture. With a background in film, television, and communications, Jes has lectured in Texas and nationally on a wide range of technical and cultural topics, frequently contributing to Texas Architect magazine. She recently presented her foresight research and student work at the 2025 South by Southwest Interactive Conference in Austin, TX, one of the world’s leading tech conferences focused on emerging technology.

Before joining BRAVE, Jes led her own nationally recognized residential practice, with work featured in local, regional, and national publications. She served as the 2020 Austin American Institute of Architects Women in Architecture Committee Chair and was a member of the Texas Society of Architects Public Outreach Task Force. She holds a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin.
